I would give them zero stars if I could. They have a terrible response time for any and all repairs. In addition, they rented us a home with an improperly installed air conditioning unit which had toxic mold growing and blowing directly in our house. They did nothing to resolve the mold issue and our whole family got sick from it. We had to move out and continue to pay rent in the moldy house until our lease was up. Then they had the nerve to charge us for items that were broken when we moved in from our security deposit. They are the worst I have ever rented from and have a very bad reputation among real estate agents

Horrible! We kept telling them about our neighbors harassing us over unassigned parking spaces and they didn't do anything. They kept saying they would and they never did! Don't rent with them!

Rented from them. Didn't really like anyone involved. Very unresponsive to issues with the areas or the people involved with the area

Professional, experienced, and knowledgeable.

Very rude people working here and in charge. Slow to respond to anything, such as questions or work orders. They are extremely incompetent in managing leases and lack experience in the field. Half of the time they can’t answer a question you have about your lease. They will not work with you at all if any problems out of your control come up. Often times you have to bend backwards for them. They will find any reason to take money out of your security deposit. They lack communication skills and sometimes flat out won’t respond to emails unless you call them. Try to avoid them at all costs!
