This note is a review for Mr. Robert Kaetzel of Real Estate Professionals, Inc. Recently, my mother had passed away and I was the heir of her estate including her house in Baltimore in the Joseph E. Lee residential area. The house was an older house. Initially, I had considered selling the house through a real estate company that purchases homes ultimately for resale.
