Notary refuses to perform a routine title trans fer after I called to confirm that they do indeed perform the service. Receptionist made a myriad of excuses after I was told that they can perform the service on the phone and just now in personal, l asked for the paperwork, she said no, they’d rather not, “you know the mail”. Better Business Bureau will definitely get a inquiry from me later today. It’s a shame that people would rather not work while at work and inconvenience a customer who verified there services available before trying to use their services.
