Avoid this company and avoid the agent Alicia D Bostick (ID 402854)! I signed a lease November 8, 2025, and this agent avoided disclosing having limited contact with my potential landlord to my realtor. I was informed she was slow to respond to emails, text messages and phone calls. Seems she withheld information about the true availability of the property. Having a signed lease and not delivering on a property is a breach of contract Reach Realty. Due to the matter reported, this property likely had issues prior to disclosing or even prior to listing for rent. This agent attempted to rush the move date.
