We purchased a home in Forked River, NJ in July of this year. The whole process from beginning to end was a complete disaster. Mr. Signorella does not work or represent homeowners in Forked River, but his highschool friend was selling a home here and he acted as the seller's agent. We had an appointment in early June 2024 to view the home and Mr. Signorella WAS NOT present. To our surprise the homewoner was at the property for the viewing. This created a very awkward situation. We put in an offer on the home, which was accepted. For the initial inspection, once again, Mr. Signorella WAS NOT present and the homeowner was there. My husband was present, as was our realtor. Annoying emails that I did not request keep getting sent to me. This has been going on since April 2023! I have requested more than 6 times to stop emailing me listings. And here we are, another listing gets emailed. If I’m supposedly not in the system how are these getting deployed? Duh. You can’t unsubscribe the link doesn’t work. Now that I know these people have a “used car salesman” mentality I’ll never use Remax for any potential future buying or selling business.
