I talked to Randy Tuesday by Sunday I had a tenant who signed a two year lease 😊 he's very professional and quick. He gave me a landlord beginners 101 lesson and answered all the questions I had. I definitely recommend his services and will use him again. 6 month update: I wouldn't reccomend Randy service to the next landlord or any one for that matter. The tenant he approved is a nightmare from hell. She's late every month, the house is filthy, and she's a problem to the neighbors. I'm currently dealing with her through the courts. Upon doing my own research on this individual she should have never been approved to rent from anyone. I would've been better off screening the tenants myself. I've used Randy for years and he's secured several long-term tentants. Currently worked with him and RDL secured a 2-years lease in a week in a tough rental environment. I highly recommend and will be the first call for my next rental.

Let’s start with this, Randy has the “Gift of Gab”. Smooth talking will definitely ease a homeowners mind when it comes to finding the “Right” tenant for your home. Upfront, you are told that all potential renters are vetted (Credit Checks etc) but in reality, this doesn’t occur EACH time. Although the tenant placed in my home has been nothing but wonderful, conversations amongst the two of us have revealed nothing but lies & miscommunication with Randy as the middle man. He approaches listings on sites such as craigslist with his pitch, leading with not having to come out of pocket with any monies as his fee is “One Months Rent” which is collected at the time of lease signing by the tenant. So for instance, if one month rent is $1,000 he asks the tenant for $2,000 to cover the “Security D

Not a legitimate business. Randy (or someone signing his name in correspondence) regularly spams craigslist and Zillow ads with fake qualified tenant proposals in order to dupe property owners into signing him up as their agent in order to secure his commission. This has occurred on more than one occasion so I find it credible enough to leave this warning to other property owners. I would not do business with such an individual and hate to think about how his actual property management results and fees would be like. Edit: Now he created a fake google profile with my name in attempt to cover up his spamming. Despicable. I doubt the validity of any of these reviews.

RDL, specifically the owner Randy, was professional throughout the process. Randy was able to identify a qualified tenant for me within the first week of posting with his company. I will definitely use RDL again in the future. As a landlord, you are always looking for vendors that make your life easier- RDL definitely did that.
