I live in Penny Layne. By far the worse management company I have ever dealt with. They pick and choose what they want to handle and only respond to what they want to when addressing problems residents are having. They are overpaid for poor quality work. The pool that members pay for is not clean. Contractors damage things that the board and management company do not hold them responsible for and yet our dues constantly go up. Make it all make sense.
I actually give Prime Management a zero star rating. The communication with residents about existing problems is nearly non existing. The Association board at Penny Layne, which Prime Management works with, continually abuses its authoritative power which the Board feels they hold over the residents while Prime Management sits by idly and quietly. Prime Management says " it does not answerer individual residents requests"!! When you have a Board that believes they are "above the law", the Management Corporation has an obligation to step in and provide some level headedness, which the Association Board is incapable of applying. Since 2015, the management of Penny Layne has steadily declined with neglect of maintenance in certain areas and more applied maintenance in areas that Board member
The last management company I would ever pick to do business with. Honestly it is very aggravating and disappointing as a home owner. We pay an absurd amount of money on HOA fees that are constantly going up. We over pay for services done very poorly. I have had workers they hired use my personal belongings without asking, using my using my garden hose to water OTHER neighbors lawns when they put down seeding to finally grow grass in our backyard after having dirt for Nearly 2 years.neighbors have had items stolen from the workers day have hired. The list continues, it is honestly are the most aggravating thing about living in The home I created, and a community I’ve grown to love.
Penny Lane of Toms River you need to watch out for Judy she would turn in her own mother you have got to be on your guard with her she has nothing else to do with her time she needs to get a life everyone that lives in Penny Lane in Toms River beware of Judy
I live in Saratoga for over 20+ years and the management of this community has gotten worse every year Its ridiculous The keep raising the fees with no better amenities Now for the 3 rd summer we are battling lifeguards Cmon do something different Maybe reach out to the community and see if there are certified lifeguards within the community it’s ridiculous that we should have to go all summer long without being able to use our pool it’s unacceptable
