RCI Builders

This is a follow up review as we just had our two year anniversary moving into our Becky in Rock Creek. The experience has been amazing. The quality of workmanship from RCI Builders is the highest we have experienced. The efficiency of the HVAC has been top drawer. The flooring, cabinets and and appliances perform as promised. We have yet to see any cracks or nail pops in the wall board. We receive many compliments in the amazing appearance of the home. We are thankful to the RCI team for producing such an exceptional product with such professionalism.

My husband and I built our dream home in Stags Leap Subdivision with RCI last year. We looked at many different builders and their homes and kept coming back to RCI. Their craftsmanship stood out beyond the rest. We added a lot of custom features to our home and our project manager, Brian Click, was very accommodating. He told us he would keep us informed of the build step by step and that’s exactly what he did. He was easy to reach when we had questions and if he didn’t have an answer for us, he would find it out quickly. We worked with Katie, one of the designers at RCI and she was patient and helpful during the entire selection process. We love our home and even a year later still have people drive by asking about it. Thank you, RCI and Brian!

We had the pleasure of working with Sara Crum and Bobby Jackson throughout the building process of our new home. From the start, Sara was incredibly informative and easy to get in touch with. She communicated with us daily and was very helpful getting the process started and helping us narrow down all the details/designs! We had Bobby as our project manager and he was great to work with. He made sure everything moved smoothly and in a timely manner. He met all required deadlines and made sure to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the build. We appreciate both of them and all the others behind the scenes who helped make our DREAM HOUSE a reality!

Purchased a new build from RCI. Used their realtor (Lindsey was awesome), their mortgage lender (Nick with Townebank Mortgage was fantastic) and their closing attorney (MG Law). A bit reluctant in the beginning to use all of RCI's "products" but I figured, "we'll see how this goes". All went smoothly. We've now been moved in for 30 days and we couldn't be happier. Build quality is great and any issues that have come up were quickly resolved. Even minor things that I would usually expect to be responsible for, they quickly resolved. Post purchase, RCI (Bobby and Wade) have continued to be very responsive and actively seek to make sure we're happy.

My wife and I chose to build with RCI almost a year ago. To be completely transparent, this process was met with highs and lows. However what set RCI apart to us, was their commitment to fixing any issues and providing us with the best home they could. From addressing any items with the home or piece of property itself, we definitely felt heard and supported throughout the process. To Todd, Brian, and Bobby.. we thank you for all of your work.
