We cannot recommend Rayne Building & Loan enough!! Everyone we worked with was so kind and they made the whole loan process so easy. It was by far our best experience working with a bank for a loan. If you are looking for a loan to build a house this is the place to go!

Great experience so far with our loan. Sucked we had to put down 25%, but rates were good, they are local. Only thing I don’t like is I can’t pay online. For .50 I can mail it, but it’s knowing will the payment get lost in the mail. If I realize what day it is Instead of making a trip to pay it I could of online. With that would like to be able to see atleast see the balance.
