My wife and I contacted Raymar (Sam Yoder) about constructing the shell of our log home. He was on the list of possible builders that was recommended to us by Hochstetler Milling. After talking with 3 others on the list, we contacted Sam. We explained to Sam that we wanted to do most of the work ourselves. Sam was very pleasant and most of all, very knowledgeable and willing to work with us on whatever we wanted done. His quotes on pricing were better than any we had received from others but price alone wasn't the deciding factor. When we met with Sam our choice had become more apparent when we saw that not only is Sam a Log Home builder but he also lives in a very nice Log Home that he built.
