I have two experienced dealing with Rayburn Realty. The first one I was trying to find a home or land to buy. I worked with a realtor who literally showed me nothing. I had to find everything that I was interested in. I found a house that they had the listing on. It was a brand new home that they listed as finished. When we looked at it it was unfinished and the builder was selling as is. This was completely the opposite of the listing. Well I finally found some land that I wanted and went to the realtor to put an offer in on it and she couldn't get ahold of the listing agent from a rival company.
