Avoid at any cost! The management group is horrible and will do anything to just make a buck. Even blaming the fire department for their failures. They’re cowards at best. Also, they don’t maintain the building whatsoever. Literally rent anywhere else besides velo and ray.
The modern vibe with concrete floors ends up making the apartments cold year round. Additionally, the place faces North into an alley, allowing little to no natural light.
Ron the maintenance guy has been super helpful during my stay here. Fast, efficient and goes above and beyond to help me out.
I like the building. Happy to be here for 3 years. Lots of dogs and cool rooftop
