We rented a house through Rawlings Real Estate Management and it was a great experience overall. Bill and his team are very responsive and great communicators. They were always quick to have someone out for any maintenance issues and the maintenance crews they use were all great. I would have no reservations renting through them again or using them as a property manager.

We rented a house managed by Rawlings for just over six years, and I can confidently say they are the most professional property management group I’ve ever worked with. Having experienced both sides of the rental equation—as renters and landlords—we would highly recommend Rawlings. On the rare occasions we needed to contact them about an issue with the house, they responded promptly and professionally. Any necessary repairs were scheduled and completed quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Rawlings to manage a property for me or to rent a property under their management.

Our experience was mixed. The apartment was supposed to be cleaned before move-in, but it wasn’t. It was dusty, musty, and the carpets were unusable. The blinds were covered in grime, the washer had visible mold, and the bathtub took hours to clean. Six months in, we found rotting food behind a fridge drawer, which explained the lingering smell—clearly it hadn’t been cleaned properly. We also felt misled during lease renewal. When we asked to go month-to-month (as the lease wording suggested), we were told “the owner prefers we sign another year lease and it goes month-to-month in the event no renewal is signed,” which pressured us into a 6-month lease. By month two of that lease, we were closing on a house and informed we’d be responsible for rent until a new tenant was found. We ended

I love this landlord/property management group. They were able to get me into the nicest home I've ever lived in when no one would approve my application for apartments or homes. If you're looking for a great place to live and are able to take care of the home you live in, this is the only place you should go! I am going to paste the letter I sent them when I had to leave for a relocation to Florida... . . . I just read the attached document fully, and this looks really good. I am very grateful for this and I again, am so grateful for allowing me to reside at 137 Weston Rd, for the last 2 years. It was an amazing step up for our family.
