The staff is outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in creating a welcoming environment for residents. Elizabeth and Erica consistently go above and beyond, providing excellent service and always making sure residents feel heard and supported. The maintenance crew also deserves special recognition for their hard work and reliability—they are always on top of things and keep the community running smoothly. We just moved here from out of state just a few months ago. This place is amazing! I love the community’s family friendly atmosphere and it is something I value and appreciate. Lots of kids outside, dogs taking walks, neighbors waving to one another. The staff is amazing. They’re very responsive, friendly and professional. Erica is amazing, making sure that we feel at home & offering any help available to make the transition here easier for me. I don’t know the area at all and needed lots of recommendations. She was more than happy to help me find what I needed all while asking how our family is adjusting. Chris, the maintenance man, is on top of any issues and is prompt in fixing them. My family and I have been here for 3 weeks now. The community is easy to find and close to the major highway. Its off a major road but the houses are pushed back away from the road and traffic. The house is big, bright and well built. It comes with a two car garage bigger than most studio apartments. I really like that there is no carpet anywhere. The tiles are easy to clean and look nice. The kitchen was made for people who like to cook and hate bumping elbows. There are a lot of cabinets and they are deep and different shapes to maximize storage. There is also a full size pantry. Finally a space for my wife's costco haul. I really like how the four bedroom is laid out. The amenities are really nice and accessible. We toured here today as our second stop and after a very weird encounter with the leasing agent at our first stop, we were pleasantly surprised with the Customer Service that we experienced from Ana. We had a lot going on with an infant and a tired toddler and she was so helpful, kind, informative, I looked at her and told her I could tell she was a mamma because of how she carried herself and the small gestures of help she offered. The houses were big, spacious and super cute. We are super grateful for Ana’s time and the experience she gave us today. Thank you!!!

They are consistently professional, yet they manage to keep things fun and lighthearted.
