Ravenna Homes - Artavia 70'

As a realtor, I have visited many builders, but I didn’t know about Ravenna Homes. I put my contact information into the Artavia website, and I received a call from Giovanni Molina, the sales consultant of Ravenna Homes. He told me that I needed to visit his model home and that I wasn’t going to regret it. And so, I went with my clients. We were impressed with the quality of the home. The house is beautiful. Also, we are thankful for Giovanni, he is a very good sales man. He always has a good attitude, he is always ready to help, and most importantly he speaks different languages, so he immediately changed the language when talking to my clients which made them feel even more confortable. We were looking in different master-planned communities, and at different builders to find something that fits our family needs. Ravenna homes have the best bang for the buck, very beautiful homes at a great value. Mr Molina is, hands down, one of the best sales professional we've experienced. Although we came right near closing time, he greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us in ( even gave our kids refreshments and cold treats, since it was so hot outside!). He was very approachable, very comfortable to talk to, and gave detailed answers about build materials/quality and warranties, before we could ask any. We did not feel pressured in any way. He is definitely a VIP to any builder/developer.

These homes here are the true definition of luxury. The community is beautiful covered with trees and natural spaces. Ravenna is one of my favorite builders. Every corner and every detail of their houses is accounted for. The materials they use to build these homes are the real thing and not imitations. The sales rep Giovanni is very knowledgeable, charismatic, and a just a great salesman and person all around. If you are looking for a luxury home in North Houston, look no further. This is what you have been looking for.
