Ravenel Associates

Our Ravenel Associates property manager is unprofessional and abrasive. She lacks a customer service mentality, often acting as if our community is her fiefdom. Upon moving in, five fellow owners separately warned me to steer clear. I thought “I can find a way to work well with anyone” and “one person can’t ruin such a beautiful living experience.” I was totally wrong. Kelly is repeatedly rude, unreasonable, and ethically questionable. Petitions to remove her have been signed by numerous owners; unfortunately, ours is a large property with many owners offsite, so quorum is difficult to achieve.

There's no way to communicate with these people, no email address and no phone number on their site. Horribly irresponsible, laying blame to the petiest of issuses and fines and fees out of nowhere that can't be explained becuase there's NO communication. I run a business, I can't sit there on the phone during the day and wait for someone to say "I don't know". The reason why they are so rich is because they take everyone's money and don't do a thing. I still have to deal with a bare patch of dirt, no grass, for over a decade. These people are useless. Don't buy here.

Terrible customer service. They are not responsive and the community manager continually "slow rolls" action on fixes unless it's a "critical" issue. For more than a year now, I have been requesting assistance from the HOA to re-sod our tiny front yard which is 90% dirt. After reviewing the covenants, it's clear that grass is covered (and she agrees as does the HOA board). She told me 4 months ago she was getting quotes and I never heard back from her. I started emailing her a month ago and when I email and call it typically takes me 2 to 3 phone calls and multiple emails before I get a response. She finally returned my call 2 weeks ago and said there's no way it can be re-sodded so it will need to be reseeded. Although I'm not happy with the way ahead and it's not in line with the
