Rausch Coleman Homes - Tulsa

We retired to Arkansas; thought we were building a small well-made home so we could be free from financial burden. Owning this home has been a nightmare. We have spent thousands of dollars with independent contractors, fixing all of the horrible work done inside this home and taking care of repairs that are not covered by the builder. We have no idea what lies ahead for the next few years, but we can only assume it’s not going to be good based on what we have discovered already: replacing poor quality, shower fixtures, leaking plumbing, the granite countertops chip, the cupboards are put in crooked, the baseboards look like they were put in by someone who’s never had anything to do with building a home ! This is the fourth house I have had built. I used 4 different builders. Rausch Coleman was by far the worst. Everything is very cheap. The home warranty has exclusions for everything. I was without water for several days and they did not respond to my calls, texts, and emails. Use any other builder, just not Rausch.

Run don't walk away from this builder. They most inexperienced contractors. Drywall sucks paint sucks roof definitely sucks and masons suck. Never buy a house from this company.

She was very knowledgeable in her field and was always there for me when I had questions, my builder was Jake and he always had the solution for me and made sure my home was built with the best craftsmanship.
