I had a great experience at the Rapallo complex, thanks to Karina. From the very beginning, she was kind, professional, and extremely helpful, making the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Karina truly stands out for her positive attitude and genuine care for people. Her entire team was also amazing—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend Rapallo, especially because of Karina and her wonderful team. Thank you for such a great experience!

I’ve been living at Rapallo Apartments for about 4 months now, and I couldn’t be happier. The office staff is professional and respectful, and maintenance is always friendly and helpful. I really love that it’s a safe and quiet neighborhood — it feels peaceful and comfortable to come home to. Highly recommend!

Do not move here! Management is rude, maintenance never does their job, and the whole complex is filthy. There’s trash everywhere, and it constantly smells like cat poop — it’s disgusting. When we moved in, there was already a cup inside the fridge because it was leaking. I didn’t mind it at first, but now there’s a full puddle of water on the floor. I’ve put in two maintenance requests and even went to the office, but nobody has done anything about it. The stove and oven both fill the apartment with smoke every time I try to cook — it’s so bad that the fire alarm goes off. Maintenance told me it was just the “cleaning product” burning off, but it’s been five months, and it’s still happening. I need to leave this apartment for "breach of contract" ... I need to get out of my contract due to the deplorable conditions of the building. Nine years ago I used to live here and this was a beautiful community. Now, they don't have cleaning people anywhere... These buildings have not been cleaned and/or remodeled in 9 years. These stairs have not even been swept in years. I never understood the reason why they would not show me the apartment I was renting until the day I had to move in... I am enclosing some pictures. The apartment was a disaster and still has a few things broken. No filters underneath the microwave. The top part keeps on falling. Kithen is outdated and extremely old. If I could give less than 0 stars I would. Please don’t consider living here. I was there for 14 months and should’ve left as soon as I moved in. The day I moved in, all of my kitchen and bathroom cabinets came with water damage. Take a look at the pictures — they never made any attempt to fix and I made sure to notify the day I moved in. Countless reviews mention the roaches which are everywhere, and when you submit a pest control request it gets marked as complete (spoiler alert pest control never comes). There aren’t enough reviews mentioning the raccoons that roam all over the property and defecate on the staircases. Another problem that you can notify the office of, but it’s never consistently taken care of. Lastly, there was a shooting back in July. 2 people died, and the apartment
