I spent the better part of a month trying to get a response relating to a property issue. I spammed up their voicemail box and email inboxes with at least 15-20 separate messages. You know when they replied? As soon as I put “Legal Action” in the title of an email. You wanna know how they responded to my email? : “We are aware.” So you’re aware of the issue but chose not to do anything until someone else noticed or….?

I had a situation where the title company requested the HOA payoff to the wrong management company. This delay was going to cause the sale of the property to fail. I located the correct management company which was Randall Management. I worked with Johanna Chavez who understood my situation and acted quickly to help me. Johanna was very professional and kind as the mistake the title company made could have cost me the house. I was very pleased with Johanna's effort and Randall in general was very easy to work with. I appreciate Johanna getting her supervisor involved to assist which was HUGE. Thank so much.

This company is trash! Good luck paying your bill. I think they make things difficult so that you pay their late fees.. I think this is an indirect form of regulation, since we can’t choose who manages the HOA. This is the nicest I can describe without being too mean.

Tempos home managed by randall: After many failed attempt to get a resolution regarding the constant devaluation of the property with pet waste, it is to my happiness we have been able to reach a mutual agreement . A group of like minded individuals were already seeking other legal alternatives regarding some pressing issues in which this happens to be one of them . Although this is a baby step and enforcing it is the main goal , we will be looking forward to ensure we the property owners and property management keep this needed relationship lasting. We hope for more , thanks for now . Additionally, Hoa fee covers security which supposedly includes limited access entry and patrol security but the gate is always broken and the security patrol doesn’t seem to be worth the fee as you can see

I get a violation for a minor issue, yet my backyard lake view looks like this from the past 3+ months and take $1100 for HOA from me every year. The smell is unbearable especially in 100°F weather with humidity. SMH
