Ranchwood Apartments

I lived in apartment 1402 in 2024. All my rent payments were always made on time, often before the due date. I gave proper notice two months before my lease ended that I would not renew. I also informed the office that I would stay month-to-month for one additional month, which was verbally acknowledged by management. Three days before the end of that month, I notified them in writing that I was vacating the unit. After moving out, I received documents claiming I had renewed my lease, which I do not recall signing. Based on this, fees were charged that I dispute. Additionally, incorrect information related to a utility bill was reported, even though my electricity service was provided by a separate company. It's a great place. The apartment complex is large, and although I don't live here, I have a friend who does. There's a wide variety of items in each store, parking is available for everyone, the prices are affordable, the staff is friendly, and the area is very safe and quiet.

Worst apartment complex in Houston. Owners are plague on community because tenants and employees dump their trash over fence into treasured Willow Watering Hole city park. The entire border with park has trash thrown over fence. Especially on Mondays, after a weekend of drinking the tenants clean out their cars by throwing everything over the fence for park volunteers to pick up. Owners know this and don’t put up signage or trash cans to prevent this dumping. The apartment management are accomplices, for example last year they repaved their parking lot and threw the old pavement over the fences in many spots. When management shown pictures of the pavement debris they did not care.

Every time I come in the office they always have a good smile always greet always say hello how was your day how can I help you even though if there's other people here they're helping they still say hello have a seat they are very nice people in the building and in the office and I have been in these apartments for 3 years they should have a 110 rate and one other thing if I ever have an issue or a problem they always get right on it and take care of the issue and take care of the problem

The ladies in the office are very helpfull as soon as i walked in they all greeted me , looking foward to move once my lease is up ! Excelent customer service !
