Rancho San Rafael Townhome Community

Love living in these townhomes. They’re spacious and have excellent views of downtown. I like that they sit just far enough away from campus to not constantly be run down by the college students. Our place faces a valley with trails running through it. We love to watch the hikers and bikers and the roaming wildlife. Be aware when hiking during the summer! A few slithering friends have made an appearance.

Absolutely terrible HOA. I’ve owned my house up to three years and have always had direct deposit. Nothing is changed on my end and now they’re trying to charge me for all these late fees and send me to collections without any phone call or heads up that they’re not collecting my HOA fees anymore from my side that has not changed. On top of that you can’t get a hold of anybody to get things situated. This is beyond the worst association.
