We lived in an apartment facing the golf course for 7 years. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing and every maintenance request was taken care of in a timely manner. The community is safe, clean and well managed. The location is superb; close to the Marketplace, schools, colleges, malls and yet nestled inside away from traffic noise. Perfect for families with kids!!

Lived here 9+ years due to its location but the management is awful once you move out. Maintenance workers are great but everything else really takes away every penny you have. They messed up our move-out paper work more than once. Didn't give us any of the deposit due to petty reasoning. Many other people I got to know in the community have had the same issues when leaving Irvine Company apts.

The Rancho Monterey Apartments Maintenance team is excellent. Stephanie and her team are quick to respond to maintenance requests. A special thank you to Vincent and Armando who have gone above and beyond keeping our home safe and in working order. In addition, Armando has continued to provided exceptional service from small to big projects while training a new employee. Excellent work everyone I look forward to the new year!

We just moved out after 3 years living here. We lived here from Oct 2021 to Oct 2024. Due to my husband’s job, we need to relocate and break the lease earlier. The move out process was very smooth and easy. Their move out policy is clear and transparent. Ricky in the leasing office is very helpful and responsive to our questions about move out process. We never had any issue while living here. I really like their maintenance team, they are quick and super friendly, especially Agustin and another old man, sorry I don’t remember his name, but both of them are super nice and polite. Agustin always says hello with everybody in the neighborhood. Their community has gate, which makes us feel safe. The community feels clean and neat because they clean it regularly. Overall, highly recommend.

I’ve been living here for a couple of years now and recently decided to upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom unit. The transition could have been stressful, but thanks to Salome, the entire process was smooth and easy.She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout always polite, understanding, and quick to respond. She made sure I got exactly what I was looking for, and her support truly made a difference. Salome is a wonderful asset to the team, and I’m so grateful for her help. Thank you again, Salome, for making the lease renewal and unit transfer such a positive experience.
