Ramblewood Apartments

we just got new management they are awful! they’ve been taking pictures of our cars,tags, and spying on everybody trying to figure out who lives here and who doesnt. they are rude and disrespectful!

Upon moving in it was DISGUSTING. Cigarettes littered the floors, all the cabinets were thick with dust and old dishes left in them, the walls were dingy. It was awful. We payed to have it cleaned before too. We didn't have a working shower for a month because they didn't bother to fix it, now our sink pipe has come undone and flooded our kitchen and the guy on the emergency number didn't answer or call me back. There's been THREE different managers and we haven't even been here a year! Can not wait until this lease is up so we can go! I hope we can afford to!!

Pathetic management. They can't keep a manager. Constantly coming in your apartment unauthorized and without reason. No one here knows what to do about anything. You can't get anything fixed. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious. Apartments are by far disgusting. You have to clean your own apartment before you can even move in, I'm talking DEEP clean. The manager is completely oblivious to anything happening around her. Their office hours aren't consistent. Maintenance is a JOKE!!! Exterminator....hahahahahah...NOT gonna happen. This place is absolutely ridiculous.... Rent is outrageous for what you get.. I have a list of things that have been broken and not working since the day I moved in 3 managers, 3 maintenance men and NOTHING has been repaired or even attempted to repair. Hmmm but they w

This appartment fixes nothing ever. They break laws all the time and do not care about tenants. Do not rent here! We have lived here for almost a year and pay when we are suppose to and have a huge list of unfixed issues since we move in. The staff comes in your appartment whenever they want unannounced.

Hi my name is Chris lee I got hired part time 2weeks ago to help the company out to fix these apt to get rented ... my Facebook page I have a 5 star rating on my home and apt repairs and fixing What I need from everyone there now is to not hold back on Anything needing fixed I have done so much fixing and repairing in 1 week.... in do time I will have these apts fixed ..and full with no rentals ....
