Homeowners are charged fees without authorization or prior knowledge, a pattern confirmed through discussions with multiple neighbors. Billing has been a constant issue. Charges are inconsistent, explanations are unclear, and it feels disorganized compared to how this company used to operate. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic answers. Very disappointing.

WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS!!!!. If I could give minus stars I would. We have had a "credit balance" on our account for months. I was NEVER made aware we had the credit balance. They said that they do not notify when there is a credit balance. It would be a waste of mail. Sending a owed balance is not a waste of mail. They NEVER sent any correspondence of this credit. Our dues went up & we thought the card we use to pay the monthly dues would reflect the extra amount. For more than 7 months those payments never went up. Now we get a statement saying we owe. I was told that we have to manually change it ourselves. We received no notifications that we had to change it. The girl that, according to her, is the ONLY person handling these kind of issues. Painfully incompetent company at every level. Lucy the owner was managing our HOA and to say she was lacking is an understatement. I spoke to her once to update Ralston for my phone number and new address as I had moved. Not a single communication from her after that and apparently my statements were still being sent to my old address. My payments were not properly applied as requested by me. As I understand, this company was fired by our Board. Heaven help anyone using or planning to use this company as there is absolutely no communication from once the account has been procured.

Do yourself a favor and don't use this 'company'. Maria's failure to follow through as promised is as entertaining as a blind puppy. Our HOA is embarrassing and Ralston only adds to the failure and incompetence by not following through on their end.
