Bought a new condo from them. The place is well built and beautiful, however, their follow up on small issues after closing is terrible. They also said they would plant some trees and didn’t do it., I suggest you get everything taken care of prior to closing and get all verbal promises put in writing.
I recently moved into a custom built home by RALLE Homes. The quality, finishes and attention to detail was first rate. Their ideas and flexibility during building was a very positive experience. I could not be happier!
