Ralene handled the selling of my Dad's home after he passed away. She coordinated with the various tradesmen to get work done since I live an hour away. I reached out to Ralene regarding a property and she seemed nice. After some research I informed her the property was zoned improperly, she said she would get back to me with information but never did. In fact she didn’t have any interest in communicating after the initial conversation. Now I look to see the property is sold. I would caution anyone against hoping to find a reliable agent, I learned my lesson.
