Thank you, Heidi Affolter Assistant Property Manager, for a smooth, low-stress move in experience. The apartment was super clean and fresh, and maintenance promptly addressed the few issues that we noted. The management team is professional but also friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome to live! Don’t listen to the hater(s). The management team has always been so helpful since I moved in. They go above and beyond for their residents. The manager herself once handled a rat situation by herself to help a resident out. They care about the community they are serving and handles everything with grace, compassion, and understanding. If I have a problem, as long as I provide the information that is needed, it gets handled. Speaking of the team, the maintenance team is on top of it! Any time I have put in a request, it’s been handled same day, or done at the appt time I set. They are so kind, and get the job done. The property is safe, and the area is pretty safe too. I truly do not understand why there are so many negative reviews here. Let me share my experience in Raleigh Scholls Apt. First of all, Kaela and two other employees handling repair and maintenance are very kind and helpful. They respond quickly to repair requests. The overall level of maintenance of walkways and around buildings are also above expectation. Quiet neiborhood is another plus. I never had problems with parking space or receiving mail or package. Never had issue with hot water. In fact, my unit fire alarm went on while I was taking shower once. Plentiful hot water, sensitive fire alarm. It's warm enough during winter and cool during summer. It's all so great so far. I highly recommend.

This place is THE WORST! Staff do not are about the tenants at all. Very rude & unprofessional. Repairs are done as cheaply as possible, grounds are not kept up, photos online are old & outdated, they now do not pay for any utilities, & I have had an issue with my upstairs neighbor & noise for over a year…..completely dismissed, disregarded, & deflected. Affinity Property are worthless.
