Raintree Apartments

Don’t let the new renovations to the outside of the buildings trick you into thinking this is a nice place. One of the worst places I’ve ever lived. The apartments are so run down and they are as cheap as they get. When we moved in the shower faucet barely spewed out any water. When we got it replaced it barely lasted 2 or 3 months. Mind you this was supposed to be a brand new spout. They also run up your electric bill like crazy. It’s actual thievery. One bedroom apartment and we barely used the AC and it was always over $200 a month. It’s also infested with brown recluse spiders and we had to beg them to bring pest control out to our apartment for weeks on end. I had to get on antibiotics multiple times from the bites swelling and getting infected because my request would sit there for

Just finished first year, probably the best budget bang for buck complex around west wichita. Its not fancy its basic small but not tiny. Staff is cool. Only downsides are parking availability is scarce and some neighbors get rowdy late weekdays. (Anywhere else its the same.)

The ladies were very wonderful to help with any questions or issues we had with the website as well as polite and professional! We have a wonderful location with a pool view and Cool breeze coming off of it in the evening. Our apt. was very clean from the moment we walked inside with new carpet and paint.

. So far I've had a good living experience. Everybody's been real nice and helpful. Things seem to be maintained pretty well. I appreciate it when they spray for spiders as I have Arachnophobia something fierce. It was an awesome experience. The guys were great I feel a little bit safer about coming home. The only way the experience could have been better is if they would have told me how handsome I am.

Apartments are too small, the windows and pipes leak, maintenance takes forever to call back, it is not worth almost 900$ a month, but the fee to leave is thousands of dollars so you're stuck until the lease is up
