Raintree Apartments

Me and my family were living in TOXIC MOLD for a whole year and didn’t realize until the sever water damage leak started to come through the carpet and through the bathroom and kitchen and it just continued to worsen when we told maintenance and management nothing was done would constantly tell us they would come by to fix it and never did. This place has horrible management issues.

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I have not been late on rent any. I would not live here again. Everything I have to say is true about this place. I have pictures and everything to prove it. The air conditioner was out for almost two months in mid summer. We tried getting them to fix it. They did bring us a small window unit to try and help out. It did help us out by getting the temperature down to 85 while we slept at night. It also raised the electric bill up an extra 150 bucks. So when I went to the office to let them know I was moving 15 minutes later they had a guy out there working on it. I believe these people far as management make up their own rules and they are racist.
