Raintree Apartments

Being a resident here I have the best Manager and Maintainance that anyone could hope for. They are kind and compassionate. Jane is the best Manager and Matt is the best Maintainence. Both are kind, compassionate and caring about my property, about me and I can’t thank them enough for being here. I am so grateful to be a resident here. This is a wonderful place to live! I’ve been here for just a little over 3 1/2 years, and it is the best kept place, and I feel it may be one of Cedar Rapids best kept secrets. Excellent excellent. Very, very happy!

I could not recommend a better place to live in Cedar Rapids! I stayed in 2 br and one bath in Raintree Apartments for about a year. I would have been happy to stay here for longer but moved out of state. I had a service cat as well. From the beginning, Jane was quick with communication and helpful. When we moved in, the apartment was clean with everything functioning. Jane also showed us where the laundry room (coin laundry) was for our unit. During our stay here we had very few issues, including our toliet flusher and our freezer. Both maintenance issues were tended to and fixed by the next day with no extra charges. Although I didn’t live in the Raintree apartments, I was very close at Jacolyn Corner, still under the same management though. Jane has seriously been the best leasing manager/helping hand and I couldn’t be more grateful for her and everything she has helped me with whether it was moving in or out! I would certainly recommend her and management to anybody.

I definitely enjoyed my apartment here for over 2 1/2 years. The balcony, large windows, and walk-in closet were my favorite. Jane was for sure a highlight of my experience. She's such a cheerful, fun person to talk to and to have there for you.

We lived here for just over a year and enjoyed our time there! Great amount of space and well maintained units. The property manager was amazing as well! The only very slight issue we ran into was with parking. There seems to be just enough spaces for everyone so it was a little tight some days, but typically it was manageable!
