Rainbow Lake Apartments

My son, his fiancé and baby were recently kick out of there apartment because my son had switched jobs. They have another baby on the way but we’re told by the property manager if they did not move out by May 4 that she would take them to court even though there lease was not up! She told them that she needed the apartment and began to harass them! This was causing extreme duress on my future daughter in law who is at high risk during her current pregnancy, So for a month they move out were homeless for month because of the property management threats and intimidation. When they moved out as order they left their apartment in great shape. I lived there for a year and every thing was good, I paid my rent on time, kept my house clean, and followed their rules. The Landlord was a little sketchy. My sister lives there also and she’s told me that she’s had trouble with the landlord also. Her office was always unorganized, didn’t know where my papers were, And she lost my rent when I know for a fact I turned it in… then told me I had to pay her back for my rent .. uhh no I turned my rent in. I am not paying my rent TWICE for one month and after she lost my rent I moved out. Bye.

This complex is very good subsidized housing... there are good people living here, 2 playgrounds, plenty of parking spaces, volleyball area in the back and a community center next to the manager's office. This is a wonderful place for families! The current manager is also doing a great job to keep this a safe and pleasant area to reside!

I came to turn in an application for a friend and one of the workers was very rude to me. She demanded that I step away from the door in a hostile tone and gave attitude. I'm disappointed in the treatment I've gotten from the staff.
