Rainbow Cove Apartments

Moved out within two months. Would come home and ac was not working I always had to go to office and she would walk with me to the back where breakers were behind my unit and click a switch like she would turn off the ac. Then she'd knock on our door and if we didn't answer she would say (I know you're in there.) Just always had an eeerie feeling of being watched we had to move out wasn't worth it. We want to live comfortable and not worry about someone coming in and out our place while we're gone.

Need new owners don't rent here the owner charges for everything and pockets the money the light here is always getting disconnected after all it's all bills payed if u go over they charge u for that . Clogged up pipes . Water comes out with dirt. And they take long to fix things. And it's just durgs selling. And she likes getting the older folks in getting money out of them. This is not a 5star apt complex the worst of them all in this city

Great owners. Spacious rooms, with tons of closet/storage space. Covered parking. All bills paid, INCLUDING basic cable! What I love the most about this apartment complex is the location & the architecture. The majority of the complex is in a cul-de-sac, so no through traffic. Landscaped front lawns contain large, shady trees. And how many apartments can say they have backyards too? Each building contains anywhere from 2-5 apartments, but designed completely different from each other. No two floorplans are alike. So the cul-de-sac appears more like houses in a neighborhood than big, block-style apartment buildings. Overall, this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

Moved in, immediately dealt with roaches. Finally found a solution, which involved an entire bottle of Boric Acid. After moving out, I was charged for the cleanup of the Boric Acid, as if it were my fault that the apartment had a severe roach problem. I DO NOT recommend this property to anyone who can afford to stay somewhere nicer.
