I had looked where to leave comments. We were very pleased with the service we received from Russell Bounds at Railey Realty. As soon as we told him that we wanted to sell the house, he had everything under control. Mind you we live 2 hours away from Deep Creek and couldn't be there. Russell had the house organized, got somebody to do a deep cleaning, had windows washed, little repairs that needed to be done he took care off as well. As soon as all was done, within a week, on Friday the house was listed and on Saturday he had already a viewing and a bid. He called us if we were okay with the bid, we said no and countered and the buyer was happy with that.
