Mahmud has done a wonderful job selling my home quickly and for a very good price. He helped prepare the house to show it and it did the trick. He is a professional who knows how to advise what needs to be done to get a good sale price.... I would recommend Mahmud to anyone looking to sell their home as well as looking for a new house to purchase.

Pretty bad experience. He sold us a house with non functional appliances that they claimed were “brand new”, infested with cockroaches that were clearly hidden and not treated properly, The Internet was completely disconnected from the house, The toilet mechanisms were broken causing an outrageous water bill... All in all quick and easy to work with; now we know why. Every issue could have easily been discussed and dealt with but it was not. Shady clientele, shady company. The pest company has been out 6 times now with clear evidence they had covered up the problem only making it worse. Within hours of moving our belongings in the home was teaming with cockroaches.

Jeff was amazing both in helping us find our new home and finding buyers for our old one. We will definitely use him again should we ever decide to move and heartily recommend him.

I know Jeff Siperstein personally, and can heartily reinforce his relentless work ethic and high moral standard. I wish we lived closer so I could use his skills in my real estate transactions here in Maryland.
