She helped my wife and I sell our home in record time and for top dollar! She is very professional, kind and made the selling process very easy. Selling a home and trying to buy a home out of state was a little stressful and she really had a calming presence. My wife and I would recommend her to anyone!

Rae Lord was wonderful from start to finish. She was extremely professional, understanding of our situation, gave great advice about getting my mom's condo into optimal condition for sale, took care of everything since we are out of town, and obviously loves the negotiation process and got my mom an excellent sale price. Rae exceeded my expectations at every step. She was lovely to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Rae Lord is God-sent and an Angel on Earth. My mother and father lived in California. I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They placed their home on the market in hopes of moving to Milwaukee in July 2023. My mother became ill in April 2023 and Rae called me suggesting that I come to check on my mother. Rae picked me up from the airport and drove me to my parent's home. My mother was hospitalized the day I arrived. Rae continued to guide me through cleaning out and "staging" the house for potential buyers while I navigated my medical system in California. She made referrals for additional services needed. My mother became terminal in May 2023 and died on May 30th. We had to leave California to bury my mother in Decatur, Illinois, and move my father to Milwaukee, Wisconsin with me. We trust
