Great atmosphere and great people! Deborah was our tour guide and she is also the onsite Property Manager or Assistant Manager. I’m sorry I forgot. But she was amazing. So informative and personable. She showed us more than one unit and it was freezing outside. The apartments themselves are top tier for the prices! We were sold immediately. Search over , after viewing various apartments it was an easy decision.

Love it here. Adriana’s super nice and very helpful with getting everything ready for me also the team in general are so professional and extremely friendly!

The apt is nice however parking is terrible!!! You will be driving around for hours looking for a parking spot. Of course they will try to upsell you and recommend purchasing a garage or reserved parking. And be very careful if you park in front of the office. They will tow your car

(If I could give 0 stars, I would) It’s been over 2 MONTHS and the building 4 elevator still hasn’t been fixed. We’ve visited the office multiple times at least four and every time, we’re told a different excuse: “the part is coming” or “someone is scheduled to fix it.” How long does it really take to get a part? We live in Houston, where there are plenty of qualified elevator repair services, so there’s no excuse for this ridiculous delay. Meanwhile, residents people who work, have families, and pay rent on time are forced to climb stairs every single day. We’ve had maintenance tickets open for a week or more, and no one shows up. When you ask why, it's clear staff doesn’t even want to take the stairs themselves. To make matters worse, the only thing they stay on top of is sending rent p

Unfortunately, my recent experience at this apartment complex has been very disappointing due to the new staff, especially the assistant manager. During my process of transferring to another apartment, her attitude was extremely rude, intolerant, and showed behaviors that I perceived as racist. She showed no empathy at all and, instead of facilitating the process, placed every possible obstacle in my way. I have been living here for two and a half years, and I had never experienced anything like this before. I had already heard negative comments about her, but it wasn’t until I went through it myself that I truly understood the seriousness of the issue. Because of this situation, I do not plan to renew my lease nor recommend this community, especially if residents must deal with staff me
