I rented with R&R Realty for a year and had the worst experience. When I first moved in, the apartment was very cold and not up to health standards in the least. I soon found out that the apartment mainly ran on gas heat (a 20+ year old furnace that probably only worked consistently for a couple of weeks out of all my time spent there) and electric baseboard heat in two rooms. Using the electric heat was useless, as it wasn’t sufficient enough to heat the entire apartment and it became incredibly expensive, so expensive that I had to pay over $900 on heat for the month of January. When I called R&R, I was told I was charged for some of the previous tenant’s heat bill as well, because they failed to switch utilities over in time. My furnace was never replaced and whenever I called to get it

I needed a new bathroom sink put in… Bonnie and Doreen are always on top of things for the tenants! They got someone right out to me the next day, which was Kyle!!! Kyle was Very nice an respectful he did the job quick an easy!!! Thank you for being so helpful! Definitely 10/10 for Kyle Andrews!! The sink came out beautifully!!!! Thanks Bonnie a Doreen!!!

We recently switched management company for our association. R&R Realty are very attentive in their management and very prompt in addressing both the HOA board and home owners’ concerns. I would highly recommend.

Kyle came to clean our dryer vent. He was super polite, upbeat, and respectful. Did a great job and made sure things were left better than he found them!

Maintenance responded quickly and scheduled a time efficiently. Kyle arrived and completed the work promptly. He was knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process, being very helpful. I highly recommend him.
