This is my first time renting from a realty company. It has been a disappointment since day one of move in. I've sent multiple direct messages to the property manager and submitted multiple maintaintanance request, some of them more than once. Only one out of now 4 issues has been rectified. Told multiple times they would be addressed with no follow through. I moved in in May we are now in August. It's safe to say I have been patient. You have a tenants that's going to pay their rent and leave the place better than they found it (believe me I have photos). I can cover up cosmetic issues (should not have to) but issues dealing with health and safety are unacceptable. You have to jump through hoops to have a livable home which is ridiculous for the prices your expected to pay. Just confirms

English Village Condo Assoc. has contracted with R&R for property management for the last two years and they've been fantastic. Our HOA had a lot of cleanup to do, and their management team has really set us on the right track. Very professional & competent. Highly recommended.

Good overall. Website is clean and easy to use. Very helpful. I’ve had a pretty tough time getting anyone to work with me, though. I’m the pastor of a church and we’re looking for property and I get the feeling that makes people shy away from helping us for some reason. Keith Walpole is the only one who’s really ever offered to help me. Again, good overall.

Left a message over the weekend when they were closed. Interested in a commercial rental property and have not received a callback in 3 days. Guess they don’t need the business.
