This is the lowest possible review I could give and I didn't even rent from them (thank God). Looked at the place, felt like the projects and the building smelled like cat pee. They asked for documents, it took them 4 or 5 days to read them then when they got back to me it's as if they couldn't read because I had to clarify things that were clearly on the documents. After several weeks and me having to text and follow up daily they sent me a lease. Most ridiculous lease I've ever seen. When I called to negotiate Sue was incredibly rude, she was throughout the entire process, and hung up on me. Stay far away from these people. I felt like I was a part of a scam through the process and after reading the lease basically was.

By far the worst company ever. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I always paid my rent on time for the 3 years I lived at Tall Oaks in Rumford RI and it did me no good. Whenever there was an issue in the apartment. I would call multiple times and almost never get a call back and even when I did the maintenance guy Paul would tell me he would be over the next day and he would never show up. I went through a divorce and asked if I could take my wife’s name off the lease so that I could have the apartment because I was the one paying the rent and they told me no. I then got a notice saying that they are not renewing the lease and that I need to find other living arrangements. I moved into RP’s New Bedford Ma property last August. In March I received permission from Sue at RP Properties to adopt an emotional support animal. On June 25 I received a notice that my lease isn’t getting renewed. I need to vacate by July 31. My apartment is impeccable and looks like a page from a magazine. Retaliation Without Merit I moved into a property in Providence managed by this company and was immediately welcomed with a leak that destroyed a $4K piece of Artwork that was signed and numbered by the artist and this company and the owner of the property refused to pony up. I was then inundated with an invasion of mice in various sizes from small to almost rat like and management couldn't understand the need to call an exterminator for the entire property or understand the need to place steel wool in holes and around plumbing.
