Worst experience dealing with a company in my entire life, find anyone else possible to help you, they are rude, hang up the phone on you and never come when they say, unreal horrible service in today's age of customer service. And they never completed the appraisal so I am not upset about an under valued appraisal amount, just the fact I could never even complete one and was continuously misled.

The appraiser was knowledgeable of the area, delivered a fair and accurate value of the property and delivered the report in a timely fashion. You cannot ask for more than that.
