Alli Tompkins flat out lied to me and my fiancé and misled us about a condo we were 3 days away from moving into. During the process she was unprofessional, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy. Rent elsewhere unless you want to be strung along and deceived. We viewed a rental property, loved it, and applied. We even negotiated a 6 month lease with the owner and I signed it. When I needed to send in a corrected copy, I asked Alli if I could bring it in person on Wednesday. She told me it was “no big deal,” assured me no one else was applying, and promised I’d be the first to know if that changed. The realtor I dealt with was rude and unprofessional, and he tried to intimidate us by making threats when we didn’t do what he wanted. Been asked for before and after days of giving these people everything they asked for they falsely denied me with a FALSE credit score and saying they’re unable to verify my income because I’m self employed?
