Really professional and responsive team! I needed assistance and guidance since this was my first time moving into my own apartment and Jim and Regina were both responsive and extremely clear with instructions and most importantly really patient. Appreciate them a ton and look forward to having them for management!
Took several months to fix a water leak in our ceiling. Our landlord was on them about it and nothing got done. We had to get the MA board of health involved and finally things began moving along
They manage the property of my condominium association in Jamaica Plain, and have been super great. Responsive to both renters and owners, and have helped the board through very complex projects and difficult decisions.
Poor management skills, terrible customer service. They never help tenants. I do NOT recommend hiring them.
James is completely awful and completely unprofessional!!! They have terrible service and I highly do not recommend anyone to them.
