Good heavens this place is beautiful. I absolutely love the manager, he's always prompt answering questions. The maintenance team is always very fast and helpful as well. I think their names are Brandon and Cody. They always know how to fix everything! Love it here!

First off, I would like to thank Wilmer for his wonderful communication and the fix he provided for a water leak we had!! He was fantastic. We even had one of our dogs get out of his crate when Wilmer came in, and he was able to kindly get him back in the crate. Thank you, Wilmer! My husband and I have had a good experience renting with Burkentine, since we moved here in January. They made us feel welcome when we moved in and they have assisted with any inquiries we have had.

Worst rental property i have ever rented from. I wont beat around the bush but i agree with all the other reviews on poor construction and poor management. neighbors are very inconsiderate speeding past all the stops signs and kids play in the streets. one thing i need to bring up is RADON LEVELS are extremely dangerous. I used a radon tester all year during my residence and reached levels of 13pCi/L. At .4pCi/L they are considered to high. Living at these townhomes put you at high risk of LUNG CANCER

Wilmer and Troy were AMAZING! My AC was out for about two weeks. They were very attentive, very understanding and kept me updated on the repairs. They allowed me to vent about how hot I was lol and made sure everything was taken care of. Their customer service is IMPECCABLE🤗

These townhomes have been up for at least a year now… I think it is time for non-AI renderings to be the images that show up when you look up this place. We just recently moved out of this horrible townhouse. We moved in probably the day after the workers finished constructing the place and it showed. There was drywall dust EVERYWHERE, painters tape on door jams, just overall very clear that they were not ready for people to move into the unit. This should have been our first clue to the nightmare this place was going to be. Staircases are SO narrow it is nearly impossible to move furniture up all of the stairs. And they charge you upon move out for every single scuff. So don’t try to move in with a queen size bed with a box spring. Also do not even bother trying to use command strips to
