Gabby from the leasing team at Quincy is truly exceptional. My move-in process came with a lot of changes and shifting dates, and through all of it, she was nothing but patient, kind, and on top of every detail. She updated my application multiple times without hesitation and, more importantly, made me feel calm and assured during what can usually be a stressful process. The entire Quincy team reflects that same standard: from the front desk to leasing. Everyone is warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, and that culture is a big reason I chose to call Quincy home. If you’re considering moving here, know this: you won’t just get an apartment. You’ll get people who actually care. And Gabby is a standout example of that. Also shoutout to Davidson, Tom, and Edna!

This is an extremely well built, upscale community with top notch appliances and finishes. The front desk staff are solely dedicated to customer service and are extremely helpful and accommodating. The package delivery system is great - yes it's a mandatory fee but it means that by end of day same day your packages are waiting for you at your apartment, versus a parcel locker down in the lobby like most big apartment complexes. The extra fees are a bit much but they're also laid out very clearly in the lease. The shared trash, water, and HVAC fees for the building are standard and on par with what I've paid previously at buildings run and managed by several other large companies. Conservice determines those fees not the building itself. The HVAC system works extremely well, and kept my ent

Update 11/01/25 Since my last post, I was able to get several things fixed with assistance from the property management team. They were able to escalate the internet issues that I previously had to Xfinity and get a more experienced team member out to fix them, the package delivery system is now consistent, and they also amended the strategy for utilities billing to be usage based, which is great. While it's still not perfect (I really wish I had choice when it came to the internet), the management has sprinted on a lot of the issues that I and other residents have complained about, so I've amended this review. Previous post (3 stars): Overall, the living experience at Quincy has been great. The room itself meets all expectations that I had while touring the unit, is well noise-insulate

I had a wonderful experience working with Gabby from the leasing office. As someone who was relocating from NYC, I was a bit worried about the entire move process and starting a new job in a city I wasn’t familiar with. From the beginning, she listened to what I was looking for in a new place and showed me a lot of great options. I ended up going with a great looking place- Gabby was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the whole process. What really stood out was the weekly resident events and fitness classes they have to offer!

Edit: Increasing my review since they since dropped the HVAC fees and reception helped sort out an issue with a lost fob quickly and compassionately! Prev: Good gym but HVAC fee is ridiculously high, especially since it's billed separately from water and electricity. I've been trying to save energy by turning off the AC while I'm not home and it turns out it's a fixed fee billed by square footage..
