Quincy Plaza

Quincy Plaza is hands down the best place to live in this area. They have provided a stellar experience and gone above and beyond for me ever since I moved in a few months ago. Initially, on move in day, I was welcomed into a pristine apartment. It was incredibly clear how much time and effort went into cleaning the apartment, repainting, vacuuming, etc. Every other apartment I’ve moved into, I’ve had to clean on the first day. This was such a relief. Any maintenance requests have been resolved extremely quickly as well. And, today, I dropped my keys in the parking garage and found out when I arrived at work. I called Quincy Plaza, and told them where I thought I could have dropped my keys. They immediately stopped what they were doing to assist me, and looked for my keys, ultimately findi

Quincy plaza has been a great home to us for 5+ years. The staff is truly friendly. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. They keep the common areas clean. I have had a fantastic experience living here. Highly recommend it!

2025 EDIT: Going to give QP the 5th star after another year here because some issues have been mitigated. Honestly not sure why the building has only 2.9, it's quite nice and visitors always enjoy it. I've been happy with this building so far. Well-maintained and not overly crowded amenities, nice and reasonably spacious units. The community room can be booked for free which is amazing! The pool is quite convenient and underutilized as well. A few notes: 1) Our unit runs quite hot in shoulder seasons. The auto thermostat isn't as smart as advertised, with the big thing being that if the air temperature is below 55, it only does heat, even though the apartment is so well insulated and the hallways kept so warm that AC would actually be merited. I have lived at Quincy Plaza for about a year and have enjoyed my time thus far! My apartment is spacious for a 1 bedroom and I feel like I have just about any amenity that I could want. Management is fairly quick to respond to maintenance requests and someone is usually available at the front desk if I have questions. The apartment gym is new and spacious if you're someone who likes to workout. I don't personally use the community spaces (meeting room, community room, grilling patio) much but they are available for those who want to use them. I think you get a fair price for what you pay for when compared to the rest of the DC/Arlington area.

I've lived in several apartments throughout my life and have never had a better experience since I started living here. The staff is always welcoming and quick to help. Maintenance is always on top of things. The people who live here are also great I always feel safe. You won't go wrong living here!
