Quincy Heights Apartments

Terrible management. Lazy team of maintenance. Overpriced units for the amenities you get. Dirty trash rooms, flies in the hallway. No in-unit garbage disposal, no central HVAC so expect your electric bills to lay within $300-$400 range. And cherry on top, they have the WORST mail delivery system. I lived here for a year and lost close to $1,500 of packages either delivered to the wrong building or left in the streets for thieves to steal because management refuses to implement better signage and mail room access to carriers. Quincy heights is run more like a hotel than it is an apartment building.

These luxury are apartments are exceptional! The views from windows are beautiful and the apartments are very spacious and clean.There are various amenities on this property. The management team is always on board and very helpful. I highly recommend for anyone seeking luxury apartments!

We moved to Quincy from NY in Nov, 2020. Since then, we have had two management companies. Previous ADONI who built these apartments was good. After the new management (SW Quincy Heights – Ms. Chenesa) came, in the beginning they were trying and struggling to get used to the requirements. But now it’s quite a while and they prove themselves as professionals. They look after the building in all manners like trash movement, trash room cleanliness, corridors, elevators, parking area, horticulture, we see them (Mr. Junior) working all the time. Whenever you have any issue in your apartment Junior is there to help you out. They are getting better day by day; The new management is really taking care of these apartments. This place has really gone downhill since the old management left. The new management is extremely slow to respond to issues and rarely follows up - takes months. The garbage rooms are a mess because some residents don’t clean up after themselves. It used to be a nice place to live, but the standards have definitely dropped. Only good thing is that the super and the cleaners are nice and quick.

I recently moved to Quincy Heights and so far it has been a great experience. The apartment is very spacious. The tall ceilings is one of my favorite features. The garbage room seems to be cleaned daily I never see it a mess. The hallways and community is always kept clean. Not much noise or neighbors causing disruption. I have no complaints beside 1. I wish to see the gym updates with sanitation spray to clean behind myself after machine use.
