I don’t think small businesses get nearly as much public support as they deserve. We’ll publicly bash but rarely take the time to publicly praise. In my 20 years in real estate, working with Quick Abstract has truly been one of my best experiences. Their team is professional, responsive, and always makes my closings smooth and efficient. Special shoutout to Safiya — she’s an amazing closer who keeps every transaction organized and stress-free. I love supporting a Black and woman-owned business that consistently delivers excellence. They absolutely deserve more recognition. Highly recommend them to any agent or buyer who wants their deals handled with care, integrity, and precision!

I met Quick Abstract team through Saudia Cheatcode Seminar this year after losing my husband in Dec,2023 didn’t know how I can do it all by myself … I invested in going to the meeting and I’m so grateful I did. I would definitely be careful when using this company.. we were referred to them by our realtor...our deed was not filed when it was supposed too..we had to make several calls..the company wasn't responding...we reached out to our realtor who got in touch with them to eventually get the issue resolved...we had no idea our deed wasn't filed until we received our first water bill which comes quarterly and we were unable to transfer it in our names because of this...meaning we were not legally the owners w/o the deed being filed and fees paid!

Worst title company on the planet...... Justice will disrespect you in a professional tone They move dirty ...thats all I will say Ms kiesha is very nice but shes never ever available Everyone else doesn't answer the phone and they illegally charged me $9,000 for title work on 3 different properties that I just caught .....I will be taking them to court ...this was the last straw We ordered a rush order Tuesday, they young short man sais it will take 7 days because it wasn't rushed .....its Tuesday, he said he couldn't get it done by the end of the week ...they didnt even start the work
