Dear Quest Management, I am writing to formally report an incident involving Jose Delgado, who acted in a rude and unprofessional manner during a recent interaction. As a licensed CAM, I found his conduct deeply offensive and concerning. Mr. Delgado used profanity while speaking to me and made disrespectful remarks about others in the community, including Orlando a security guard who has been a valued member of Poinciana for many years. His comments and aggressive tone were inappropriate and unbecoming of someone in a position that serves the public. Such behavior raises serious concerns about Mr. Delgado’s fitness to represent or serve the community. Would give 0 stars if I could. They do not manage their properties or enforce the rules in their contracts. Their buildings are rampant with issues, and when I raised an issue about constant noise nuisances, they denied the issue and refused to address it. Jorge, the manager at the time, accused me of lying and did not address the problem. There were kids screaming and running around the halls and pool unsupervised day and night. There were dirty diapers left in the halls. They only had 1 elevator working the entire time I lived there. The management company is awful at answering and returning calls and emails.

I've emailed the company multiple times about a parking situation that keeps on happening at my building. They do not follow up or have a contact center, just a basic 'info' email. I've followed up with them multiple times with photos of the ill-mannered parking, but it's like emailing a ghost. I got a response ONCE, but this incident has happened more than once. So the promise of 'We will look into it' never really did happen. Another situation where I called to inquire about the heavy trash build up and I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I assume since I called about 15 minutes before closing that I was left on hold while everyone else high tailed out of the office. They are the worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. They don't maintain the property. Our elevators and generator have been broken for more than 2 years. They are disrespectful and they don't reply to our emails or pick up the phone when we call. We requested the annual budget and we are still waiting for it. No annual meeting are held. We were told someone from their staff was fired and found out later we were being lied to as she wasn't fired. Total disaster...

One of my cars was broken into while parked inside the lot of my building, Altos de Miami. Property management has shown negligence in duties. On the morning of February 24th, I walked down and saw over 20 cars broken into inside the parking lot of my residential building. One of them was my girlfriend's car. Her passenger car window was broken into and they robbed $1000 worth of personal property. This is not the first time this kind of incident has happened in our building hence why we have switched through many property management companies.
