We met Sam Konswa in 2016 as he was representing the sellers of our then first home. Out of the blue and during an open house, he gave us a long winded speech about his integrity and honesty, which should have ticked us. It quickly became clear that most of the attractive facts on the listing were simply false (walk in pantry, walk in closet), but above all, the size of the house. Unfortunately for us, we had no idea what 2100 sqft felt like and therefore believed the listing. It only came clear to us after purchase that the Sam had falsified the size, by 600 sqft..
