Quantum Apartments

Quantum Apartments is now under new management and the differences are substantial. The new staff is more responsive and helpful, the building is cleaner and better maintained, and there are frequent social events for all the residents. I truly appreciate Robin Chambers' help with maintenance requests, finding missing packages, and helping us feel right at home. The area where the building is located is superb. It is close to a variety of bars, restaurants, breweries, and a park. I do not regret my choice of moving into this building and I have really enjoyed my time here.

Do not move here! If I could give this building a negative 5 star review I would. The only positive to living in this building is the location. It’s very walkable to many things. The management isn’t bad. It’s horrible. They speak down to you and treat you like a number. They don’t respond to your emails or phone call. And I’ve had them lie to me too. I had a leak in my window for five months and have it in writing that there are structural damage to the building yet as of today (now 10 months later) I still don’t have a follow up of what is happening with my window. It was fixed temporarily with caulking, but we all know how long that could last. Thankfully, it hasn’t rained over winter. Best apartments in town! Beautiful property with awesome amenities. For the price you get some much included and there is so much right down stairs. The beach is 15 minutes away and everything is within asking distance. Signed a lease with Vanessa after taking a tour and loving everything we saw came with the apartment. My fav - washer and dryer in unit!! Thanks again Vanessa! Can’t wait to move in a few weeks!! <3

I submitted my maintenance request on February 6, and unfortunately, it took more than 15 days for the issues to be resolved. During that time, I had to follow up several times, and communication was limited. While the staff was polite, the response time was much slower than expected, especially for a new building. As a resident, I was hoping for faster service and better coordination. I appreciate that the repairs were eventually completed, but I strongly encourage management to improve response times and communication going forward.

I have been living here for several years with several different leasing agents and as of late Vanessa has truly been a breath of fresh air. Whenever we have a problem she has been very supportive and helpful. Quantum wouldn’t be the same without her!
